Having managed everything from large-scale construction projects to daily service calls, she understands the trades from the inside out. This unique background using ServiceTitan extensively in both the field and the office gives Rachelle an unmatched perspective on how to build systems that technicians actually embrace. She specializes in drilling down into the details that drive profitability—meticulously building pricebooks, defining job types for perfect dispatching, and optimizing reports to give business owners true operational clarity.
Her passion for mentorship and focus also led her to develop a local youth darts team in her free time.
